Místem plnění je Brno - Pekařská 664/53, areál Hybešova 42 a detašovaná pracoviště - Berkova 34, Zoubkova 18 a Výstavní 17. S vybraným dodavatelem bude uzavřena servisní smlouva na 4 roky.
