Description
Hanke esemeks on olemasolevatele printeritele originaal- ja analoog kulumaterjalide ja tarvikute ostmine koos kohaletoomisega Riigihanke tulemusena sõlmitud raamleping laieneb kõigile hankijatele, kes on volitanud RIT-i riigihanget korraldama (ühishankijad, kes on toodud ühishankijate nimekirjas). Eeldatav maksumus on määratud teatud varuga, et võimalikud tulevikus tekkivad vajadused mahuks raamlepingu eeldatava maksumuse piiresse. Tulenevalt Euroopa Kohtu praktikast tuleb raamleping lugeda lõppenuks, kui määratud eeldatava maksumuse ülempiir on täitunud.
