Hankelepingutena on käsitletavad ka ostutellimused, millega võetakse rahaline kohustus. Ostu vormistamiseks kasutatakse kirjalikku taasesitamist võimaldavas vormis e-posti teel edastatud ostutellimust, mis on võrdsustatud hankelepinguga.
