Description

Die Hochschule Aalen beschafft ein konfokales Raman-Mikroskop für Anwendungen im Bereich der Batterieanalytik unter Inertgas. Mit dem konfokalen Raman-Mikroskop soll die chemische Zusammensetzung und Kristallinität von Elektrodenmaterialien mit hoher Ortsauflösung bestimmt werden. Da die zu untersuchenden Materialien eine hohe Luftfeuchtesensitivität aufweisen, soll das Raman-Mikroskop in ein Glovebox-System mit Inertgasatmosphäre (Argon) integriert werden. Die Materialien weisen zudem eine hohe Anfälligkeit für thermische Schädigung auf, weshalb für eine zerstörungsfreie Analyse mit maximal niedrigen Laserleistungen zu arbeiten ist.
