Hankija soovib kliendikontaktide teenindamiseks rentida hääl- ja vestlusringi chatbot lahendusega kõnekeskuse teenust. Lahendus peaks sisaldama häälkõnede ja vestluste haldamist, järjekordade haldamist, vastavat statistikat, kõnede salvestamist ja kõnekeskuse tarkvara administreerimist. Hankija soovib ka süsteemi hooldust ja tuge küsitud lahendusele funktsionaalsetes nõuetes kirjeldatud funktsionaalsuse piires.
