Predmetom zákazky je obnova objektu Meštianského nárožného domu na kultúrne centrum Banskej Štiavnice. Centrom bude multifunkčná sála vhodná na usporadúvanie divadelných predstavení, koncertov živej hudby, a širokého spektra spoločenských udalostí. Sála bude doplnená o komornejšie miestnosti, v ktorých sa odohrávajú klubové aktivity. Kultúrnu časť doplnia kancelárske priestory slúžiace ako podpora kultúrnych a spoločenských aktivít centra. Na prízemí budú prenajímateľné priestory prístupné priamo z exteriéru.
