Účelem nabývání majetku je nahrazení staré analogové měřící trasy novou digitální spektrometrickou sadou typu all-in-one. Ta zajistí přesnější zpracování signálu z detektoru bez indukce rušivých vlivů ze staré trasy. Cílem je zvýšení přesnosti a správnosti měření gama záření.
