Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowe ubezpieczenie mienia i odpowiedzialności cywilnej Parku Śląskiego S.A. w Chorzowie: a) Ubezpieczenie mienia od wszystkich ryzyk, b) Ubezpieczenie sprzętu elektronicznego, c) Ubezpieczenie maszyn od szkód elektrycznych, d) Ubezpieczenie odpowiedzialności cywilnej. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi OPZ (Załączniki nr 3 (3A, 3B oraz 3C do SWZ). 3. Dodatkowe warunki realizacji zamówienia określają projektowane postanowienia umowy (Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ).
