Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest KOMPLEKSOWA DOSTAWA ENERGII ELEKTRYCZNEJ, OBEJMUJĄCA SPRZEDAŻ I ŚWIADCZENIE USŁUG DYSTRYBUCJI ENERGII ELEKTRYCZNEJ NA POTRZEBY GMINY JEDLIŃSK I JEJ JEDNOSTEK ORGANIZACYJNYCH dla obiektów wskazanych w zał. nr 1 do SWZ, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997r. Prawo energetyczne, Kodeksu Cywilnego oraz przepisami wykonawczymi wydanymi na ich podstawie. Zamówienie – zakup i dystrybucja energii elektrycznej do obiektów wymienionych w zał. nr 1 do SWZ. Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej w okresie od 01.07.2024 r. do 31.12.2025 r. wynosi 2 282 136,00 kWh.
