Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest KOMPLEKSOWA DOSTAWA ENERGII ELEKTRYCZNEJ DLA PUNKTÓW Z INSTALACJAMI OZE NA POTRZEBY GRUPY ZAKUPOWEJ GMINY WISZNICE dla obiektów wskazanych w zał. nr 1 do SWZ, zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997r. Prawo energetyczne, Kodeksu Cywilnego oraz przepisami wykonawczymi wydanymi na ich podstawie. Szacunkowe zapotrzebowanie energii elektrycznej w okresie od 01.01.2027 r. do 31.12.2028 r. wynosi 2 034 434 kWh.
