Przedmiotem zamówienia jest kompleksowa dostawa energii elektrycznej obejmująca zakup energii elektrycznej oraz świadczenie usługi dystrybucji energii elektrycznej w rozumieniu ustawy Prawo energetyczne z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. (Dz. U. z 2020 r., poz. 833 z późn, zm.) dla obiektów Wodociągów Chrzanowskich Sp. z o.o. na okres 01.01.2026 do 31.12.2027. Planowany zakup energii elektrycznej na okres 24 miesięcy wynosi: 9 225 MWh.
