Description
Den Gegenstand dieser Leistungsbeschreibung bildet eine Infrastruktur zur Herstellung von Millimeterwellenschaltungen mittels mechanischer und optischer Strukturierungsmethoden. Konkret geht es um ein kompaktes UV-basiertes Lasersystem zur Mikromaterialbearbeitung, Strukturierung und Laserschneiden von starren (auch keramischen) Materialien), starrflexiblen und flexiblen Leiterplattenmaterialien für die Fertigung von Labormustern im Rahmen von Forschungsaktivitäten der TU Ilmenau.
