Hanke esemeks on kommunikatsioonitegevused reaalajamajanduse (RTE), Eesti.ee ettevõtjale digivärava (EDV), EL ühtse digivärava (Single Digital Gateway, SDG) ning arendus- ja innovatsioonitegevuste valdkonnas, mida töövõtja kohustub tegema vastavalt riigihanke alusdokumentides sätestatud tingimustel. Riigihange on jagatud kaheks osaks. Mõlemas osas sõlmitakse raamleping ühe pakkujaga. Raamlepingute alusel tellitavate tööde maksimaalne maksumus on 180 000 eurot käibemaksuta.
