Description
HANKINNAN KOHDE Tämän puitejärjestelyn kohteena ovat Suomessa toteutettavat kokous- ja tapahtumapalvelut tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Kokous- ja tapahtumapalveluiden tarpeen arvioidaan jakautuvan siten, että enemmistö kokouksista ja tapahtumista on pieniä, joissa on alle 150 osallistujaa. Isoja tapahtumia, joissa on vähintään 150 osallistujaa, on arviolta alle 20% tapahtumista. Luvut ovat sitoumuksettomia arvioita. Hankinnan kohteeseen kuuluvat lisäksi vapaaehtoisesti tarjottavat kokous- ja tapahtumapalveluihin liittyvät lisäpalvelut kaikilla osa-alueilla. Lisäpalveluiden myynnin sopimuskaudella on arvioitu olevan enintään 20% kaikilla osa-alueilla, luku on sitoumukseton arvio. Kokous- ja tapahtumapalveluiden hankinta on jaettu maantieteellisiin 56 eri osa-alueeseen. Osa-aluejako on kerrottu tarjouspyynnön liitteessä D (Osa-alueiden tiedot). Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteissä: - Liite 1 "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus" ja - Liite D "Osa-alueiden tiedot".
