Hankinnan kohteena on pöytä- ja matkamallisten kohinasalkujen hankinta. Kohinasalkkuja käytetään estämään salakuuntelu ja -katselu älylaitteiden, kuten älypuhelimien, -kellojen ja tablettien, välityksellä. Hankinta koostuu 20 kpl pöytämallisesta ja 83 kpl matkamallisesta kohinasalkusta. Lisäksi hankintaan kuuluu optio 17 kpl pöytämällisen ja 80 kpl matkamallisen kohinasalkun hankinnasta.
