Description
Salon vuokratalot Oy hankinnan kohteena ovat Salon kaupungin alueella sijaitsevien vuokra-asuinkiinteistöjen kodinkoneiden hankinnat sekä niihin sisältyvät korjaus- ja huoltopalvelut. Salon Vuokratalot Oy:llä on 87 asuinkiinteistöä ja noin 1600 asuntoa Salon alueella. Sopimuskausi on suunniteltu alkavaksi 1.4.2025. Aloitusaikataulu on arvio ja sopimus syntyy vasta, kun molemmat sopimusosapuolet ovat allekirjoittaneet sopimuksen. Sopimus on voimassa 31.3.2027 saakka, jonka jälkeen sitä on mahdollisuus jatkaa kahdella vuoden pituisella optiokaudella.
