Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung HLS - Anlagengruppen 1 (Abwasser-, Wasser- und Gasanlagen), 2 (Wärmeversorgungsanlagen), 3 (Lufttechnische Anlagen), 8 (Gebäudeautomation): LPH 1-9. Dabei kommt es zu einer abgestuften Beauftragung: Leistungsphasen 1-2 (=Stufe 1), Leistungsphasen 3-4 (Stufe 2), Leistungsphasen 5-7 (Stufe 3), Leistungsphase 8 (Stufe 4) und Leistungsphase 9 (=Stufe 5).
