Die Baustelle befindet sich im Krankenhaus Sulzbach, An der Klinik 10, 66280 Sulzbach, Es handelt sich um den Umbau einer bestehenden Krankenstation im 4. OG des Bettenhauses der oben genannten Klinik. Die Krankenstation wird entkernt und zu einer Premiumstation umgebaut. Die Erstellung einer Premiumstation bedeutet die Schaffung einer Station mit höherwertiger Ausstattung. Von allen Einbauten und Leistungen wird sorgfältigste Ausführung erwartet. Die Leistungen beinhalten die Lieferung und Montage der Sanitärobjekte.
