Der Neubau hat eine Grundfläche von ca. 49,50 x 40,35 m im Erdgeschoss, 38,00 x 42,60m in den beiden Obergeschossen, sowie eine Attikahöhe des Hauptdaches von 11,70 m über OK Gelände. Die Klinkerfassade wird im Sockelgeschoss des Gebäudes errichtet.
