Aanbestedende dienst wenst een Klantvolgsysteem ten behoeve van de afdeling Schuldhulpverlening in te kopen. Onderdeel van de opdracht bevat de conversie van alle actieve en afgeronde dossiers naar de nieuwe applicatie. Inschatting van de aantallen per 1 januari 2027 staat hierna weergegeven: • Actieve dossiers: 160 • Passieve dossiers: 500 Hierbij is uitgegaan van het huidige aantal actieve dossiers (160), een gemiddelde in- en uitstroom van 10 dossiers per maand
