Binnen de Belastingdienst bestaat behoefte aan een Klantreis management oplossing (Customer Journey Management Solution). Deze oplossing ten behoeve van het beter kunnen beheren en inzichtelijk maken van de inzichten uit klantreizen om daarmee deze verder te kunnen optimaliseren voor customer experience (CX). De oplossing bestaat wellicht uit een combinatie van methoden (kwaliteitsmodel), technieken en hulpmiddelen (tooling).
