De opdracht heeft tot doel de verdere professionalisering en integratie van drie samenhangende digitale onderdelen die gezamenlijk bijdragen aan een klantgerichte, herkenbare en toekomstbestendige dienstverlening van RRReis (in opdracht van OV-Oost). - Onderdeel 1. Klantenserviceplatform (een multichannel serviceplatform voor reizigerscontacten (telefonisch en digitaal) - Onderdeel 2. Marketing automation (een datagedreven communicatiestructuur voor gepersonaliseerde, handmatige en geautomatiseerde (e-mail)marketing - Onderdeel 3. Beeldbank inclusief online brandguide (een centraal systeem voor beheer, borging en toepassing van het RRReis-merk)
