Der Grundwasser-Brunnen wurde bereits bauseits erstellt. Wärmeverteilung in Kupfer mit ca. 400 m. Rohrdimensionen bis 76*2: Fußbodenheizung für einer Fläche von ca. 1500 m². Inkl. der benötigen Rohrleitungsdämmung und Brandschutzdurchführungen.
