Die Gesamtfläche der Estricharbeiten, welche einschließlich Ausgleichs- und Trittschalldämmschichten in unterschiedlichen Schichtdicken ausgeführt werden, beläuft sich auf ca. 1.625 m². Im gesamten, Erdgeschoß (nicht unterkellert) muss - auf einer Fläche von ca. 755 m² - zusätzlich eine Abdichtung gegen Bodenfeuchte eingebaut werden.
