Description
Neubau eines 2-geschossigen, nicht unterkellerten Kindergartens und Vereinsheims in Massiv- bzw. Mauerwerksbauweise mit Satteldachkonstruktion. BxL ca. 20 x 45 m H ca. 9,67 m üFF; GF ca. 905 m²; BRI ca. 8500 m³; NF ca. 1520 m². Die Gesamtfläche der Estricharbeiten, welche einschließlich Ausgleichs- und Trittschalldämmschichten in unterschiedlichen Schichtdicken ausgeführt werden, beläuft sich auf ca. 1.625 m². Im gesamten, Erdgeschoß (nicht unterkellert) muss - auf einer Fläche von ca. 755 m² - zusätzlich eine Abdichtung gegen Bodenfeuchte eingebaut werden.
