Description
Auf dem Grundstück an der Ohsener Straße in Hameln-Süd soll ein neuer Kindergarten entstehen. Teile der dort befindlichen Bestandsgebäude sollen zurück- bzw. umgebaut werden. Dazu sind die Leistungen Objektplanung Gebäude/Innenräume gemäß § 34 (Los 1) und Objektplanung Freianlagen gem. § 39 HOAI (Los 2) in den Leistungsphasen 3 bis 9, sowie Besondere Leistungen gem. Anlagen 10 und 11 HOAI zu erbringen.
