Die Landeshauptstadt Mainz plant einen Neubau einer Kindertagesstätte (Kita) an der Watfordstraße 30 in 55122 Mainz auf der Grundlage der bereits 5 fertiggestellten Baukastenkitas in Holzbauweise. Die neue Kita soll mit einer BGF von ca. 1386 m² gebaut werden. Insgesamt soll die Kita Platz für ca. 104 Kinder und 24 Mitarbeiter bieten. Darüberhinaus soll in die Kita eine Frischküche und eine Unterkellerung für die TGA integriert werden.
