Kangasalan kaupunki, Tekninen keskus/Rakentamisen palvelualue, pyytää aikaveloitusperusteista kattohintatarjoustanne Kirkkoharjun koulun peruskorjaushankkeen seuraavista suunnittelutehtävistä tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti: - arkkitehtisuunnittelu - pääsuunnittelu - sisustussuunnittelu - pihasuunnittelu - palotekninen konsultointi
Award criteria
- Price — Halvin kattohinta saa 40 pistettä. Muut pisteytetään kaavalla: halvin vertailuhinta / tarjottu vertailuhinta * 40 pistettä.
- Quality — Laadun maksimipisteet 60 pistettä. Pääsuunnittelijan ja projektiarkkitehdin referenssihankkeet laatupisteytetään. Maksimipistemäärä on 30 pistettä/henkilö.
