Description
Hunabyggd is requesting offers for the design, production, installation and delivery of approx. 650-700 m2 kindergarten from house units for rent, with purchase rights clauses. Hunabyggð provides a site, earthwork and compacted fill for the foundations and mains of utility systems laid to the site boundary but the offer must innclude fully finished building ready for use upon handover. The house units can be of timber or container units or other materials which fulfill Icelandic buildings laws. The building will have four kindergarten departments and will be located on a site next to the existing kindergarten at Hólabraut 17, 540 Blonduos, Iceland.
