Description
Hankinta koskee kiinteistönhoitopalveluja 14 asuntokohteessa Pernon, Pansion ja Jyrkkälän alueella Turussa. Hankintaan sisältyy rakennusten rakenteiden, varusteiden, järjestelmien ja laitteiden toimivuudesta huolehtiminen, kiinteistöjen ulkoalueiden hoito ja ympärivuorokautinen päivystys. Työ tehdään tilaajan kiinteistöhuolto-ohjelman mukaisesti. Hankinnasta tehdään sopimus yhden palveluntuottajan kanssa.
