Hankinnan kohteena on valmisohjelmistona toimitettava kiinteistöjen ylläpito- ja vuokrausjärjestelmä, käyttöönottoprojekti sisältäen tarvittavien integraatioiden toteutuksen sekä tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut. Järjestelmä hankitaan SaaS-/pilvipalveluna ja järjestelmän käyttöliittymän tulee olla suomenkielinen.
