Ulkoalueiden hoitoon kuuluu määriteltyjen alueiden ulkoalueiden hoito. Töihin kuuluvat: auraus, hiekoitus, lumen poisajo sekä hiekoitushiekan lakaisu sekä hiekoitushiekan poiskuljetus. Hankinta on jaettu viiteen (5) osa-alueeseen kiinteistöittäin: 1. Ulkoalueiden hoito, talvi, Seinäjoen keskussairaala-alue 2. Ulkoalueiden hoito, talvi, Y-talo 3. Ulkoalueiden hoito, talvi Mediwest sekä M-talo 4. Ulkoalueiden hoito, talvi, Eskoon alue 5. Ulkoalueiden hoito, talvi, Rengastie 33 Palvelun sisältö on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteessä "Palvelukuvaus".
