Description

Porin YH-Asunnot Oy tarjoaa monipuolisia ja laadukkaita vuokra-asuntoja erilaisiin elämäntilanteisiin. Uskomme hyvään, henkilökohtaiseen ja ihmisläheiseen palveluun. Omistamme, hallinnoimme ja isännöimme Porin kaupungin alueella sijaitsevia kiinteistöjä sekä myös rakennutamme niitä. Tällä hetkellä meillä on noin 1000 vuokra-asuntoa, 500 opiskelija-asuntoa ja 200 senioriasuntoa. Vanhustenkotiyhdistyksen asuntoja on noin 600. Isännöimme noin 2500 asuntoa sekä useita muita kiinteistöjä. Porin YH-Asunnot Oy kuuluu osana Porin kaupunkikonserniin. Pyydämme tarjousta kiinteistöhuoltopalveluista liitteiden mukaisesti. Kiinteistöhuollon sopimusaika alkaa muilla kohteilla kuin Pelle Miljoonantie 2 (Motari) 1.10.2024 ja on voimassa 1.10.2024-30.9.2028. Pelle Miljoonantie 2:n kohdalla sopimusaika alkaa 1.12.2024 ja päättyy muiden tavoin 30.9.2028. Sopimus on määräaikainen.
