Description
Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) kilpailutti kiinteistöhuollon kemikaalihankinnat ja niiden toimittamisen huoltohenkilöstön käyttöön. Hankintayksikölle oli tärkeää toimivan palvelukokonaisuuden aikaan saaminen, tuotevalikoiman (kemikaalien) turvallisuus käyttäjille ja ympäristölle, tuotekoulutuksen järjestäminen henkilöstölle sekä ostomäärien raportointi. Hankinnasta järjestettiin markkinavuoropuhelu. Sopimus on voimassa 2 vuotta ja sitä voidaan jatkaa 1+1 vuoden optiokausilla. Sopimus tehtiin yhden toimittajan kanssa. Toimittajaksi sopimuskaudelle valittiin LemKem Oy.
