Hankinta koskee Kiinteistö Oy Kummatin omistamien kiinteistöjen ja isännöimien kiinteistöjen hoito- ja huoltopalveluja, tukipalveluja ja ulkoalueiden hoitopalveluja. Kiinteistöhoitotöiden hankinta muodostaa kahdesta osa-alueesta: I Päivystykset vuosille 2026 – 2028 • Kiinteistöhuoltopäivystyksiä • Talvikunnossapitotöiden, sis. lumi- ja hiekoitustyöt, talviviikonloppupäivystyksiä pe 15.30 – su 20.00 II Talvikunnossapitotyöt kausille syksy 2026 - kevät 2029 Tarjoaja voi antaa tarjouksensa molemmasta osa-alueesta tai vain valitsemistaan osa-alueesta.
