Description
Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung wird eine erfahrene Anbieterin mit Referenzinstallationen gesucht, welche einen KI Chatbot-Assistenten mit generativen KI-Fähigkeiten anbietet, betreibt und zukünftig erweitert. Dieser KI Chatbot-Assistent soll durch Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) mit öffentlich verfügbaren, kantonalen Unternehmensdaten (z.B. www.lu.ch, Datenbanken, öffentliche Portale etc.) gespiesen werden. Der KI Chatbot-Assistent soll als SaaS Lösung angeboten werden.
