Description
Jatkuvan oppimisen ja työllisyyden palvelukeskus (Jotpa) hankkii kestävää ruoantuotantoa edistävää koulutusta. Osaamistarpeita on tunnistettu muun muassa turvepeltojen hiilipäästöjen vähentämisessä, ruoantuotannon kiertotalouden tukemisessa, maaperän kasvukunnon parantamisessa sekä maatalouden datataloudessa. Hankinnan tavoitteena on tukea maatalouden vihreää siirtymää, omavaraisuutta sekä digitalisaatiota. Hankinnan kohteena oleva palvelu on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteellä 1. "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus".
