Description
Hankinnan kohteena oleva perusparannushanke on kaksivaiheinen siten, että se jakautuu kehitysvaiheeseen ja sen jälkeen erillisellä päätöksellä toteutusvaiheeseen. Projektinjohtourakan kehitysvaiheesta tehdään konsultointisopimus ja toteutusvaiheesta erillinen urakkasopimus. Projektinjohtourakan urakkasopimus tehdään vasta kehitysvaiheen jälkeen.
