Description
Tarjouspyyntö perustui Hansel Oy:n Viestintä- ja markkinointipalvelut 2020-2026 (DPS) -dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään. DPS:n sisäinen kilpailutus tehtiin sen luokassa 2 "Erillispalvelut". Hankinnan kohteeseen sisältyivät mediaseurannan ohjelmistopalvelu ja kvartaaliraportit, sosiaalisen median kanavien hallintapalvelu sekä tiedotejakelupalvelu. Hankinta koski sopimuskautta. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo oli 80 000–120 000 € (alv 0 %) sopimuskaudella. Hankintamenettely keskeytettiin, koska tarjouskilpailussa ei saatu yhtään tarjouspyynnön mukaista tarjousta.
