Hankintayksikkö pyysi tarjousta Opintopolku-palvelukokonaisuuteen liittyville tietojärjestelmille ja sovelluksille ylläpito- ja jatkokehityspalveluille tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus ja vähimmäisvaatimukset oli kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
Award criteria
- Price — Hinnat vertailtiin ilmoitettujen hintatietojen ja niistä muodostetun vertailuhinnan perusteella. Vertailuhinnan muodostumisen perusteet ilmenivät hintalomakkeesta.
- Quality — Palvelujen ylläpito- ja jatkokehityssuunnitelma arvioitiin ja pisteytettiin tarjouspyynnön liitteen 11 "Laatuvertailu Palvelujen ylläpito- ja jatkokehityssuunnitelma" mukaisesti.
