Description
Monetra Oulu Oy Hankintapalvelut on kilpailuttanut koulujen ja varhaiskasvatuksen kuvauspalveluista asiakkailleen (jäljempänä myös "tilaajat"). Kyseessä on kynnysarvon ylittävä käyttöoikeusoikeussopimus. Hankintayksikkö on päättänyt keskeyttää hankinnan, sillä tarjouspyyntö on osoittautunut epäselväksi. Hankintayksikkö täsmentää tarjouspyyntöä ja julkaisee uuden tarjouspyynnön.
