Description
Kemin kaupunki pyysi tarjouksia kiviaines- ja kuljetussopimuksesta ajalle 1.1.2026 - 31.12.2028 tarjouspyynnön ja sen asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Kyseessä on EU-kynnysarvon ylittävä hankinta. Tarjoajalla on mahdollisuus kahteen (2) optiovuoteen. Sopimuksen jatkoneuvottelut käydään vuoden 2028 lopulla. Valintaperusteena on halvin hinta. Valitaan yksi (1) toimija. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt määrät eivät ole miltään osin sitovia eikä tämän tarjouspyynnön myötä syntyvä sopimus sisällä määräostovelvoitetta. Sopimukseen sovelletaan JYSE 2025 Palvelut Sopimusehtoja. Hankinta keskeytettiin tarjouspyynnön virheiden vuoksi. Hankinnasta järjestetään uusi tarjouskilpailu mahdollisimman pian korjatulla tarjouspyynnöllä.
