Riigihanke esemeks on CTD (conductivity-temperature-depth) sondi ostmine koos merekeskkonna seireks vajalike täiendavate anduritega, mille abil on võimalik registreerida vee temperatuuri, soolsuse, lahustunud hapniku sisalduse, hägususe ja klorofüll a sisalduse vertikaalseid profiile meres.
