Description
Keretmegállapodás keretében magasépítési munkák kivitelezése Budapest Főváros II. kerület közigazgatási területén és adott esetben a határos budapesti kerületek közigazgatási területén. A keretmegállapodásra, illetve a jelen felhívás IV.1.3) pontjában foglaltra figyelemmel Ajánlatkérő a Kbt. 105. § (2) bekezdés c) pontja alapján rögzíti, hogy a közbeszerzést verseny újranyitást követő szerződéskötéssel jogosult megvalósítani.
