De aanbestedende dienst is voornemens middels deze aanbesteding een overeenkomst aan te gaan met betrekking tot een KCC (Klant Contact Center) Multichannel oplossing die als SaaS (software as a service) wordt aangeboden, ondersteuning biedt aan een breed scala aan communicatiekanalen en een naadloze, geïntegreerde ervaring biedt voor zowel klanten, derden (partijen die KCC-diensten verlenen aan BsGW) als medewerkers van BsGW. zie aanbestedingsdocumenten.
