Description
Hankinnan kohteena on elektronisten ja painettujen kausijulkaisujen välityspalvelu, jonka avulla Puolustusvoimat voi hankkia mm. tieteellisiä kausijulkaisuja, sanomalehtiä, ammatti- ja aikakauslehtiä sekä pienlevikkisiä ja ei-kaupallisia kausijulkaisuja. Palveluun sisältyvät vähintään seuraavat maksuttomat palvelut: tilausjärjestelmä, sen peruskäyttö- ja tukipalvelut sekä asiakaspalvelu. Hankinta jaetaan kahteen osaan: osa 1 Sanoma Media Finland Oy julkaisut osa 2 muut kotimaiset ja ulkomaiset julkaisut Kummallekin osa-alueelle valitaan yksi toimittaja.
