Hankinnan kohteena ovat Helsingin kaupungin kaupunkiympäristön toimialan palvelut ja luvat asumisen yksikkö 2 ylläpitämien asuntojen korjaus- ja muutostyöt, Yksikön ylläpidossa on n. 7 000 asuntoa. Kuvaus sopimuksen piiriin kuuluvista hankinnoista ja niiden sisällöstä on kerrottu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteinä olevissa asiakirjoissa. Puitesopimus tullaan tekemään 5-6 tarjoajan kanssa, mikäli soveltuvia tarjoajia on näin monta.
