Το έργο περιλαμβάνει την κατασκευή Μονάδας Επεξεργασίας Στερεών Αποβλήτων, συνολικής δυναμικότητας 23.914 τόνων Αστικών Σύμμεικτων Αποβλήτων (ΑΣΑ) ανά έτος. Περιλαμβάνει όλες τις αναγκαίες υποδομές και την προμήθεια κινητού εξοπλισμού. Επίσης, περιλαμβάνει την εκπόνηση της μελέτης εφαρμογής, την προμήθεια κινητού εξοπλισμού, τη δοκιμαστική λειτουργία του έργου για 6 μήνε καθώς και την κανονική 6ετή λειτουργία του έργου. Η σύμβαση προβλέπει επιπλέον και Δικαιώματα προαίρεσης.
