Η δημοπρατούμενη σύμβαση είναι μικτή σύμβαση, κατά την έννοια του άρθρου 4 παρ. 4 του Ν.4412/2016 και περιλαμβάνει δύο ομάδες συμβατικών υποχρεώσεων του αναδόχου: α) ΜΕΡΟΣ 1: την κατασκευή, προμήθεια κινητού εξοπλισμού και 6μηνη δοκιμαστική λειτουργία του έργου της Μονάδας Επεξεργασίας Απορριμμάτων (ΜΕΑ) β) ΜΕΡΟΣ 2: την υπηρεσία κανονικής λειτουργίας του έργου για έξι (6) έτη
