Helsingin kaupungin rakentamispalveluliikelaitos, Stara, pyytää tarjoustanne viheralueiden rakentamiseen ja kunnostamiseen tarkoitetuista kasvualustoista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteenä olevien asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Kyseessä on tavarahankinta. Hankinta tulee Staran osastojen käyttöön. Hankintaa on kuvattu tarkemmin Hankinnan kohteen kuvauksessa (liite 1). Hankintaa koskeva sopimusluonnos on liitteenä (liite 2). Kasvualustan suositeltavat ravinnepitoisuudet (liite 3). Kasvualustan suositeltavat rakeisuuskäyrät (liite 4).
